Parés Baltà is a family owned winery with tradition that goes back to 1790. The grapas com from our own vineyards, five states situated around the winery and in the mountains of Penedès region with a mixture of soils and microclimates that gives a special personality to our wines.
At Parés Baltà we cultivate or vineyards in an organic way. We have our own flock of sheep to fertilize the soils and behives to encourage pollination.
During our guided and personalized visit through the vineyards and the winery you will discover where starts the quality of the wine. After the visit we will enjoy our wines and cavas.

Shop and visits with previous reservation: Monday to Sunday, from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Visits without reservation: Everyday at 11h o'clock in spanish and at 16h o'clock in english.
