Town Hall
The Casa de la Vila, or town hall, was originally a 14th-century Gothic palace. According the chronicles of James II, it was probably property of Bernat Pellicer.
Despite several alterations, the building still has the characteristic structure of the Catalan civil Gothic style, with a central courtyard, staircase and gallery. On the wall adjacent to Carrer Santa Maria, large stone blocks are visible, arranged in horizontal rows. There are also two gargoyles in the shape of an eagle with folded wings and a double window from the 16th century.
Inside, on the ground floor, there is a set of stone arches and five silos dating from the 14th century.
